Apartment "Bellevue" (2nd floor)

This duplex apartment of more than 50m² is very luminous and calm. It offers you a sight over the sea and the Channel of La Perrotine. Its wooden terrace of 20m² gives you also a sight over the marina and the sea at the entrance of the channel.
T5 for 8 persons :
  • Downstairs: 1 sleeping room with 1 bed of 140cm, 1 living room/kitchen of 25m², television, furnished kitchen (gas stove, furnace, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher...)1 livingroom with sofa and kitchen , 1 bathroom with shower, 1 seperate WC
  • Upstairs: 1 sleeping room with 1 bed of 140cm, 1 sleeping room with 1 bed of 140cm et 1 bed of 90cm, 1 mezzanine with 1 bed of 90cm

Two types of hiring are available for this apartment:
  • The "hotel" hiring
    We provide: linen, pillowcases, draw sheets, pillows, covers, bathroom/toilet linen (towels, gloves of toilet, beach towels), kitchen linen (current cloths, floorcloth and also sponges, maintenance products, brush or vacuum cleaner, spanish brush...)
  • The "pure" hiring
    We provide: undersheets, pillows, covers and also sponges, maintenance products, brush or vacuum cleaner, spanish brush...

Your linen of bed, toilet, and kitchen can be washed and changed on each saturday for 15€ / person. Only bed sheets : 10€/bed. You can also obtain the option "Cleaning of end of stay" for the price of 60€.

CENTRAL HEATING - INSULATION: as pleasant in WINTER as in SUMMER

Caution: the rates "mid-week" and "week-end" do not apply during school vacations or special weekends. Short stays are not possible during school vacations, except availabilities of last minute...
